Also his choice of Jeff Goldblum in Annie Hall was inspired. I would add Shelly Hack as well in that movie for her line: “Uh, I’m very shallow and empty and I have no ideas and nothing interesting to say.”

John Cho worked really well. He even made it seem semi-sincere when he said he listened to the show, which is nice. He had solid picks as well.
Severely disappointed that Jesus from The Big Lebowski was left to the Listener Top 5, though.

Posted by EmGee | March 30, 2012, 7:30 AMTotally agree. I watched Resurrect Dead after hearing Anderson go on about it so much and was disappointed. There was no payoff and I found the “investigators” pathetic and annoying.
I think that Anderson’s opinion is heavily influenced because he saw one of the tiles in person before he knew about the movie.

She returns home to get back with her old boyfriend, who is now happily married with a child. It is funny, it is poignant, and Patton Oswalt is great in it. Sorry Brian, I disagree.
