Anderson cancels the Top 5 this week, but in its place, Miss Movies returns with five films for Anderson and Bryan to RED LIGHT / GREEN LIGHT.  She’ll pitch them upcoming movies that are actually in some stage of production, and the guys will make their case for whether the films should be made or not.

  2. One of the best episodes for me is listening to Bryan self-destruct from an initial mistake by Logan on the ‘Soundtracks’ episode from 25-May-2012. Then Bryan’s lack of coordination with Logan leads to further fuck ups and it takes a while for the Bald One to recover. Laugh out loud funny!

  3. “Dr. Jekyll” version of Anderson: “I don’t like to be that show that just makes fun of movies and can’t say anything good about them.”

“Mr. Hyde” version of Anderson in response to his thoughts on the movie “Babies:” “Horseshit”

  4. Did the “Quiet for Van Gogh” campaign get any traction with the listeners? This was a way to get people to shut up at the movie theater mentioned in the Philosophical Films episode with Pete Holmes.

    • Need less Ms Movies. Ventures into TV Vault make more sense. I’m not sure how the listeners are supposed to benefit from Red Light/Green Light. Otherwise, the Anderson and Logan show remains enjoyable. Even if Anderson hates my movie theatre (The Landmark).

      • I agree. The only good thing about red light / green light is the interaction Anderson has with Brianne. Otherwise this has been the weakest element of the show. I’ve been listening to all the shows again and these bits never fail to fail.

  6. Need more Miss Movies. If you plan to do a lot more Top 5 Instant Stream, her segment would fit in perfectly, since the episodes tend to be shorter.

If I enjoy Only God Forgive in between as much as Drive and Valhalla I will be happy.Valhalla Rising would make an excellent Snifftrax. Just sayin’.
