  2. Hannibal is a great show. I just blitzed through the first two seasons a few months ago and I am hooked. I cannot believe how much NBC is getting away with on network television.

  3. It’s pronounced Ryan Phil-leep. I love the show but the ignorance drives me mad sometimes. On top of that Bryan was never like this. Is he trying to impress the cool kid (Anderson)?

On another note 3 episodes of Black Mirror are worth watch the rest aren’t great. The ones worth watching are

    The National Anthem
    Be Right Back
    White Bear

  5. I am thrilled you are having Alison Rosen on next week. Bryan is in a real tough spot with this and it is great to see him supporting Alison like David Wild did on the ACS. David really stuck his neck out.

  6. Wow, no mention of Runaway Train, The Hustler, Some Like it Hot, Once Upon a Time in the West, or Midnight Run. I figured Anderson would have at least brought up that hilarious conversation between Grodin and De Niro. “You ever had sex with an animal, Jack?”

    • Thank god someone mentioned Runaway Train…I’d normally let this sh!t slide, but seeing as I’m drinking on a Sunday and just listened to this bullsh!t about superman and bond without a mention of Jon Voight riding the train into victory?! Unacceptable kind sirs. I say good day to you!

    • I must amend something here: I meant to say The Sting, not The Hustler. Got my Newman classics mixed up.

  8. Is it possible they didn’t mention Runaway Train? Has one of the most cinematic shots ever.

  11. Did I miss something or did y’all forget to gamble? And calling Logan “Babadook” is exceptionally uncomfortable.

  13. Ace Man: “Alison just isn’t sidekick material.”
    Bryan: “That’srightboss.”
“I mean… the gum smacking and the filing of the nails before the show started…”
    “THAT’SRIGHTBOSS.”
I kid. I don’t give a shit. I’ve listened to that show maybe ten times in the last four years. The selections for this show were all outstanding except the listeners’ number one. When Bryan described the Spider-man 2 scene I realized that it’s the ONLY redeeming part of ANY Spider-man movie that ANYONE has EVER made. They all blow.
