  2. Top 5 better ways to thank the $300 gift-card-type listeners for 5 years of click-through support:

    5. Live Show .. (5 years & not a one)
    4. Free preview of Cowan’s shorts (rough cuts if necessary)
    3. Live-in studio listener’s call in show
    2. Show consisting only of flick-fessions requested by listeners (instead of the usual dry & drab documentaries)
    1. A literal “How does my dick taste?” show with guests Adam Carolla & Ben Affleck

  5. Starting at about 4:30 Anders gives some recommendations similar to The Jinx. I’ve seen The Staircase, wonderful series. The problem I’m having is with his other recommendation. He says ‘Life For Murder’ but the link and honorable mentions page shows ‘Life With Murder’ – is that the right show? Does anyone know what show he talked about it extensively on as he mentioned? Thanks for any help.

    • Seems like he just misspoke but yeah I rented it on Google Play for $2.99 if anyone is interested. I think it’s available on Youtube as well for the same price. Wish I could’ve caught it streaming for free but it’s all good. Going to give it a watch tonight, this kinda of documentary is right down my alley.

  9. The listeners nailed it– Back to School, PCU, Real Genius, Animal House, Old School. That’s maaaah shit.

Bless them for not including Social Network– a hideously fictional piece of shit. “It’s based on true stories from blah blah blah blah.” I think that those people were fucking with them because *every. single. Harvard. grad.* who has been interviewed about it says, “that’s not the Harvard I attended.” Also, those stories don’t even play into the true story about Facebook, which is becoming more irrelevant by the day. That movie isn’t aging well whatsoever. Thank god. I always hated it. Shit, Imitation Game has more factual stories.
