Stream “Party Child” Here

Too heavy for the indie kids. Too psychedelic for the punk rockers. Too arty for the headbangers. Too drunk for the straight edge. Too complicated for the drunk. Too gross for the sober. Too sexy for shirts. Too sweaty for hugs. Not quite hardcore, not quite metal, not quite noise rock, Party Child is the full-length follow-up to Elephant Rifle’s acclaimed 2011 EP Teenager Lover, which The AV Club’s Jason Heller described as  “like jacking off with a jackhammer; amid strangled guitars and amputated rhythms, the group unleashes all manner of demons, psychic and sonic. But it’s done with an underdog abandon and sordid sense of humor.
