thank you for recommending the Jinx. when i heard both reactions I skipped forward then watched all 4 1/2 hours in one sitting and listened to you guys talk about it. No spoilers really but im glad i skipped ahead because of the anderson comment “its all worth it for the last 5 minutes.” Also a fan of chappie here. fucking loved it – it was just marketed so wrong.

I just returned from Monsterpalooza in Burbank. The line for Biehn was wrapped around the damn building– it was maybe twice as long as the line for George Romero. It was the longest line I’ve seen for anyone at a convention aside from Stan Lee.

Also it doesn’t matter how old a classic movie is ie: Godfather, Chinatown, etc. There are bald babies being born now that will someday listen to Film Vault before ever watching those films so stifle you’re self-indulgent need to chirp interesting plot points as if you wrote them yourself! Love the show though.

Posted by Oak_Aged | March 27, 2015, 1:29 PMForgive me if you already know this, because I haven’t seen the documentary, but I became obsessed with learning about Durst after the All Good Things special features, but his family was featured in the most recent Forbes 400 because they won the bid on controlling the new One World Trade Center in NY and is going to bring them in tons of money. So they are still huge in NY real estate.

He interviews a bunch of the real people from the movie including the prosecutor. Oh, and it was the first movie Kirsten Dunst showed her boobs, and they were delightful.

As low budget as it is, I think Special is fucking brilliant. Super is uneven but oddly enough, Ellen Page makes the whole movie worth it, she absolutely steals the show.
Anderson, you have to see Slither. It is batshit crazy.
