  3. Guys for your next snifftrax please do monster squad. If neither of you two have seen this movie then you, and your listeners, are in for a treat. I would love to hear you guys do this movie while watching it together for the first time.

Its kind of a Super 8 or Goonies type of movie only much better.
Basic plot is the monsters that we’ve seen in classic films are real and are coming back on a certain date and only a group of kids can stop them.

It’s an 80s film comedy that really doesn’t take itself seriously and pokes a little but of fun at classic B horror movies. But really its just a fun film. Please at the very least check this out. It didn’t get alot of exposure because it was only released on dvd 20 years later.

Or just check out the wiki:

I’d rather you didn’t check out the trailers. Way too long and show way too much.
If you must watch anything i’d rather you watched this montage in the film where the kids are getting ready to do battle:

  5. Just listened to both sniff tracks in a row. Great stuff guys, I’m a big fan of TFV. Keep it up. As for suggestions for the next one which are streaming on netflix: The House of The Devil, Serpico, Hot Rod, The Naked Gun series, Sling Blade, The thing (1982), Punch Drunk Love, Being John Malkovich, The Faculty, The innkeepers, Rubber, Bellflower, Team America, and of course Shaft. Thanks for letting me listen.

  11. Of all the movies you can do Snifftrax for, why choose the lesser popular movies? Huh? Human Centipede? Are you kidding? What did 0.85% of Americans see that? Less? Granted, I know you’re never gonna do: Back To The Future; or something popular, but why choose such an odd, everyone is disgusted by it type movie? Are you guys Hipsters, who like to make fun of Hipsters? Cuz I’m starting to think that’s what you are. Isn’t the idea to pick a movie that’s gonna sell? Or is it free? I didn’t click the link because I’m never gonna buy that movie, nor purchase your commentary track, or even download it for free. Why not pick something that’s going to sell? I enjoy your commentary, and would like to get it for a movie I might see in the next 50 years or so.

Trust me, I’m a potential customer passing, based on your bizarre movie choice.

  17. Glad you called out Carmen on her over-riding the nav route thinking she knew best. Way to go, you put your ship in the path of a fucking asteroid! A random chance yes, but still, it was her actions that resulted in the encounter. How many lives were lost with the damage to that ship? She should have been punished…10 lashes with her topless!
Anyway, I enjoyed the SniffTrax. Gotta have my Film Vault fix every week.
    Thanks guys!

      • Understood, but when they aren’t even talking about the film then I might as well just turn the film off and listen to them instead (which also is perfectly acceptable and works, as said just on the recent show), thus negating the purpose of a commentary. Then again the price is right, so why am I complaining. That being said, I was 25 minutes into the movie and I loved the snifftrax, looking forward to the next one guys!
